  • Images shot for a service are in .tiff and .png extensions by default. I can also send them to you in many other extensions, such as .jpg if you need compressed images for your website.

  • Images shot for a service are in sRGB by default, as this is the most compatible and universal color space for online use. I can also send them to you in AdobeRGB or ProPhoto RGB.

  • The images will be delivered to you digitally within 7 days after the end of the shooting.

  • If the weather conditions are not great on the shooting day, or if they do not correspond to those you originally desired, two options are available to you :

    • accepting the new weather conditions, let me deal with them and deliver the images as planned,

    • don’t accept them. We can then reschedule the shooting once wherever feasible (international flights, on-site conditions, additional costs incurred, etc.).

  • As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all my images, which is standard industry practice. However, hiring my services always includes a specific, clearly defined usage license that grants you the rights you need to use the images in line with your commercial or editorial goals.

You can learn more on the image licensing page.

  • You can pay either with Paypal, which is the quickest checkout option, or with a credit card through Stripe. Both methods use 256 bit encryption. You can also pay for certain services using bank transfers.

  • All direct project expenses (such as flights, accommodation, local transport, per diems for meals, shooting permits, and site access fees) are clearly itemized and billed transparently in your quote. These costs are typically charged at actual rates or based on previously agreed terms and are separate from the photography service fees.

  • In most countries, including France, pictures areby default protected by the law as they’re considered to be part of the photographer’s intellectual property - which is named Copyright in English, or droits d’auteur in French. This means that it is impossible for anyone other than the photographer to use these images without his permission - whether it is to use, modify, reproduce or distribute them. This fundamental legal protection ensures the artist is fairly compensated for their creative work.

  • The purchase of an image license allows you, thanks to an agreement with the photographer, to use one or several of his photos without transferring ownership of the image itself. The licenses you can purchase here are called "Rights-Managed". The use of the images you bought a license for must remain within the framework and according to the terms initially defined, for example : territory, size, duration and type of use, applications…

This tailored approach ensures you pay only for the rights you need, while I am appropriately compensated for the specific value and reach of your campaign.

  • Once the licensing agreement is signed and payment is received, images are typically delivered digitally within 1-2 business days via a secure download link. For commissioned projects, timelines are agreed upon in the project proposal.

  • Yes, multiple uses and longer durations (including perpetual licenses) can be negotiated and included in your licensing agreement. Your custom quote will specify the full scope of rights granted. If your needs change after an initial license, renewals and expansions of usage can be arranged.

  • Minor modifications like cropping or resizing are generally permitted to fit your layout needs, provided they do not alter the core artistic integrity or context of the image. For any significant alterations or artistic manipulations, explicit prior written consent is required. All licenses typically require proper photo credit. (This is a common legal point).

  • No. My photography is 100% human-created art. Every image is captured on location and undergoes meticulous, hands-on post-production to preserve its authenticity and artistic integrity.
